Services include personal care, hygiene assistance, meal preparation, companionship, behavioral redirection, safety monitoring, medication administration under MAC delegation, mobility support, light housekeeping, and essential errands.

Yes. Our care model was built with memory care in mind. We specialize in providing calm, structured support for clients with cognitive impairments, including safety monitoring, redirection, daily living assistance, and maintaining routines that reduce anxiety and confusion.
Yes. While we are a non-medical agency, we provide behavioral redirection and structured daily support for clients who experience confusion, agitation, or difficulty focusing. We maintain safety, help manage routines, and use supportive communication techniques appropriate for memory-care and behavioral settings.
Yes. While we do not perform skilled nursing care such as injections, wound care, or IV therapy, we can provide medication assistance through RN delegation and MAC-trained caregivers.
This allows clients to receive safe, consistent medication reminders, monitoring, and administration according to Alabama delegation guidelines.

Most clients can begin services within 24–72 hours after the initial assessment, depending on staffing availability and the complexity of the care plan.
At this time, Comfort Nest operates as a private-pay agency. This allows us to provide flexible, personalized care without limiting services to insurance restrictions.
Some clients may use long-term care insurance for reimbursement.
We currently serve Madison, Huntsville, Athens, Decatur, and surrounding areas. Expansion may be available depending on caregiver availability and travel distance.
